This policy explains how FirmWins, operating the CPATraction marketing service, handles information collected through CPATraction.com.

Information we collect

The Growth Fit Review and consultation request form run in your browser. Your selections, contact details, and preferred date are not transmitted to us unless you choose to request a working session through your email application. That email may include your assessment answers, preferred date and time zone, and any contact or firm information you add. Selecting a preferred date does not create a calendar booking.

We may also receive standard technical information such as browser type, device type, referring page, and campaign parameters when analytics is enabled. We do not ask for taxpayer data, client financial records, Social Security numbers, or account credentials.

Advertising measurement

We use the Meta Pixel to measure page visits and campaign performance. Meta may receive technical information about your visit, including your page URL, IP address, browser information and advertising cookie identifiers. This tracking does not send the answers or contact details you type into the on-page review or email-request form. Our website tracking respects browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals.

How we use information

• Provide requested information about CPATraction.
• Improve the website and understand campaign performance.
• Protect the site, users, and our business from misuse.

Sharing

We may use service providers for hosting, email, analytics, customer relationship management, and campaign operations. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights and safety.

Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. No security method is perfect, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your inquiry, subject to applicable law and necessary business records.
